Rosemary and Sage Salt

  • 1 cup sea salt
  • 3/4 cup fresh rosemary leaves
  • 1 cup fresh sage leaves


  1. Preheat oven to 250F and line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Place the salt and herbs in the bowl of a food processor and pulse until a grainy texture forms.

  3. Spread out on prepared baking sheets. Bake for 15 minutes. Stir the salt, spread again, and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
