Happy Thanksgiving! This is my favorite holiday, it is special to my entire family as we all come together to express gratitude and celebrate with copious amounts of wine.

This Thanksgiving, I am grateful to be able to be pursuing my passion and I am even more grateful to those who have supported me along the way.

Here is a round-up of my favorite vegan and gluten-free dishes to make for Thanksgiving. These recipes will please everyone, even if they don’t have allergy restrictions!

Golden Raisin Kale Salad with Red Wine Vinaigrette

This wonderful salad is the perfect addition to an otherwise typically heavy meal. Crowd out the heavier foods with more salad- your body will thank you!

Quinoa and Apple Stuffed Delicata Squash

If I had to eat one squash for the rest of my life it would be delicata. The tender skin and sweet flesh are perfect for stuffing with quinoa and apples.

Green Beans with Caramelized Onions and Toasted Almonds

I adore this preparation of green beans. The maple and balsamic caramelized onions add an unexpected sweet and savory element.

Mini Cornbread Muffins

You can’t go wrong with cornbread!

Pumpkin Tart with Maple Pecan Crust

Is there anything more quintessentially Thanksgiving than pumpkin pie? This vegan and gluten-free version will make you forget about the traditional butter pie crust.
