
Marshmallow Sweet Potato Bites
These vegan & gluten-free marshmallow and sweet potato bites with pecans are the quickest and easiest Thanksgiving sides that will appeal to everyone at your table!

Ingredients
- 3 Large Sweet Potatoes
- 1 Bag Dandies Marshmallows cut in half
- 3 oz Pecan Halves
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper

Cut the Sweet Potatoes into 1/4" rounds

Bake the Sweet Potatoes for 40 minutes, flipping halfway through.

Turn the oven up to a broil.

Top the rounds with marshmallow halves and a whole pecan.

Broil until marshmallows begin to melt and brown, about 5 minutes.
