Buffalo Cauliflower Wings
Vegan and gluten-free buffalo cauliflower wings
- 3/4 cup brown rice flour
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 cup dairy-free milk
- 1 head cauliflower cut into florets
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 2 tablespoon tamari
- 2 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 cup hot sauce
Preheat oven to 400 F and line 2 rimmed baking sheets with parchment paper.
Next, prepare batter. Mix dry ingredients together, and then whisk in the milk.
Working in batches, add the cauliflower to the batter, shaking off excess and place on prepared baking sheets. Bake for 25 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the sauce by whisking together the coconut oil, tamari, maple syrup and hot sauce.
Remove cauliflower from oven and toss 1-2 pieces at a time in the glaze. Shake off excess, then place back on baking sheet and bake until glaze begins to caramelize, about additional 20-25 minutes.
Serve immediately. Enjoy!
I serve mine with avocado ranch dip.
